Like the rest of our team, all our chefs hail from Italian shores, and take great pleasure in sharing their knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine with our guests. Coming from different parts of Italy, they’re able to bring their knowledge of real Italian food to the table, infusing every dish with rich and succulent flavours.

– Leopoldo Amoruso comes from Caserta City in the Campania region of Italy, home of the gorgeous Sorrento Peninsula and the world-famous Neapolitan pizza.

– Lorenzo Capasso also comes from Caserta City in the Campania region of Italy.

– Our new Pizza Chef Vito Sino comes from Palermo City in the sunny region of Sicily, known as one of the world’s best destinations for street food.
